My Christmas cakes are packed with different types of luxury dried fruits, nuts and plenty of booze and are delicious!

Choose from either royal icing or fondant icing coverings, cakes will also have a layer of marzipan. 

Orders for fruit cakes need to be booked by the 25th October.

Ingredients - 

WHEAT flour, EGG, Brown Sugar, DAIRY Butter, Black Treacle,, Dried Vine fruits Sultanas [Sultanas, Sunflower Oil], Raisins [Raisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberry (16%) [Sugar, Cranberry, Sunflower Oil], Dried Apricot (16%) [Apricot, Rice Flour, Preservative (Sulphur Dioxide)], Citrus Peel (8%) [Glucose Syrup, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Sugar, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservative (Sulphur Dioxide)]. Glazed Cherries, Dried Dates, Dried Figs, ALMONDS, WALNUTS, PECANS  Brandy, Orange Peel & juice, Mixed Spices, Cinnamon, Apricot Jam [Apricots, Sugar, Cane Sugar, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Gelling Agent: Pectins. Prepared With 50g Of Fruit Per 100g. Total Sugar Content 60g Per 100g.]

Marzipan - Sugar, Almonds (24%), Glucose Syrup, Water, Invert Sugar Syrup.

Royal Icing - Sugar, Rice Starch, Partially Reconstituted Dried Egg White, Humectant (Glycerol), Cornflour, Flavouring, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid).

Fondant icing - Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Palm Oil, Water, Humectant (Glycerol), Emulsifier (Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids), Stabilisers (Xanthan Gum, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Flavouring.
